As a parent of a teenage boy whose son was experiencing the challenges this day and age has put in front of our children, I was seeking a way to offer him a safe place to “work through” his thoughts, concerns, self-confidence and fears. I knew it couldn’t be me…a boy is not likely to share his deepest fears or most challenging experiences with his mother. But for him to grow and mature and learn to be okay with who he is, he needed the opportunity to “just be” with someone. That is when I found my way to Vince Benevento and Causeway Collaborative. Vince knows boys and the challenges they face. He became a trusted source and mentor to my son. He guided him through the challenging times and stood by him to enjoy the fun ones. We are forever grateful that Vince started Causeway Collaborative. His practice is built upon a foundation of sound principles including trust, tough love, integrity and gratefulness. Our children are living in a time that forces them to grow up faster than maybe we wish they had to. To navigate this well, they need the right tools to succeed. Vince and Causeway will offer your child the tools they need. I recommend them wholeheartedly. But more importantly…so does my son.
