John Markette is a Therapeutic Mentor at Causeway Collaborative. Following his graduation from Hopkins School, John graduated with a BA in Psychology from Quinnipiac University and received his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University.

John brings experience in both substance abuse and mental health treatment following work at the partial-hospitalization and outpatient levels of care. John served as both a clinician and liaison between treatment providers and the judicial system. His background serving individuals with acute and co-occurring diagnoses offers a unique clinical lens to his Therapeutic Mentorship approach with clients here at Causeway.

John’s passion for bringing a balanced and nuanced perspective to his work with clients is unwavering. He is committed to being an ally on all clients’ journeys to success.
