A native of Fairfield County, Stephan graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and received his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Bridgeport.

Stephan is one of the longest standing members of the Causeway Collaborative team. He boasts extensive clinical training and experience working in inpatient, home-based, and outpatient settings. He is passionate about utilizing these experiences to assist adolescents and young adults on their journey to adulthood. Through a solution-focused, client-centered approach, Stephan works to alleviate challenges on the road to success.
