Is he unsure about his future, while many of his friends have moved on to college or to post-grad jobs? Maybe you’ve run into roadblocks with communication, and he’s angry, disengaged, anxious, or depressed and behaving in ways that concern you. One thing’s certain—he’s not going where either you or he thought he would. He’s stuck.
He doesn’t have to switch healthcare teams if he’s away at school—or if he moves somewhere new. Our team of coaches, mentors, and family therapists offers at home counseling for young adults, delivered in quarter-hour increments on a flexible weekday or evening schedule up to 9 p.m. We roll up our sleeves and take a learning-based approach, helping your son dig into his goals and objectives in the moment. It doesn’t matter if it’s outside scheduled session times—when questions or challenges come up, we’re just a call or a click away.
He can access what he needs from the Causeway service menu at his convenience. This means he can apply lessons and tips in real time, with feedback from his coaches and mentors. And Causeway doesn’t limit him to a minimum amount of time weekly. Your son can make the ideal service picks to serve his goals and lifestyle on any given week.
“Truly a life changing experience through Causeway. I will never forget the people and lessons learned throughout my time working here.”
“Of all the counseling I have received, Causeway has been the most professional. I found the professionalism to be very encouraging.”
“Causeway mentor helped my son build confidence, speak about things he would not speak with the family. They developed a relationship that gave my son confidence, and sense of security that someone was listening to his feelings.”

Q: What is Futures?
A: Futures is career and educational support. It focuses on meeting your son’s unique needs by supporting him as he pursues the goals and objectives he has identified for himself. The Causeway team helps your son clarify his broader plan, and then bolsters him in building the skills he needs to make that plan a reality.
Q: Can someone just do Futures as a stand-alone program?
A: Absolutely. If your son wants to focus solely on Futures, he will still need to complete the standard onboarding process with consult, intake, and feedback session(s). Then he can move forward with Futures. The only exception would be if the team identifies clinical concerns requiring therapy as part of a plan to ensure safe and effective care.
Q: How much does a life coach cost?
A: The cost of life coaching is customized based on a young man’s goals and the time needed to achieve them.
Q: Are there life coaches for young adults?
A: Yes. We provide tailored coaching services to help young adults set goals, achieve those goals, and gain confidence.
Q: Is a life coach covered by insurance?
A: Insurance usually does not cover life coaching, but we work with families to find workable solutions.
