Justin Carotti began his career as a school social worker and has been dedicated to working with young adults and their families ever since. Throughout his work, Justin has learned first hand how challenging it is for emerging adults to find purpose and meaning in a world that emphasizes expediency and affirms achievements. Justin is adept at addressing and supporting young adults struggling with emotional, mental, or relational challenges that often come with the territory of transitioning to adulthood.
Justin has extensive experience as a licensed practitioner, clinical supervisor, and administrator in both the private and public sector. He is a volunteer on Fairfield and Trumbull’s Juvenile Review Board (JRB), where he shares his mental health expertise with the board to support judicially referred adolescents in local communities. In addition, Justin teaches at the graduate level as an adjunct faculty member at Fairfield University and the University of Connecticut’s School of Social Work.
Justin brings an invaluable range of experiences in different milieus to the Causeway Collaborative team, experiences defined by an unwavering passion, a commitment to excellence in his work, and dedication to those he serves.
