Michael’s diverse background includes roles in state government and public health, where he frequently exercised his interpersonal skills. His role at Boys and Girls Village School in Milford provided him with hands-on experience conducting individual sessions with students facing various mental health challenges, facilitating therapeutic groups, and aiding in case management. He holds experience in crisis management and de-escalation techniques in young adults.
